Easter

We had a fun filled weekend of Easter fun, starting on Friday, when we dyed our eggs for the big day. The kids had a blast, although their patience wasn't too high while waiting for the actual egg to be dyed.

This year Easter was celebrated over a 2 day span with a fun Children's Celebration at our Church, which included face painting, crafts, games and an Easter Egg Hunt. The kids had a great time, and this will become our annual tradition in the Durr Household.

The following day we celebrated with the Easter Bunny leaving filled baskets, and hiding eggs all over the house. Sadly I don't have any pictures of the actual Easter Egg Hunt, I forgot to take pictures but I video recorded the event. The whole process was bittersweet for Dan and I as we imagined the kids finding eggs over the past 5 years at this house, and it being the last holiday we celebrated in this home, our first home.

The day was completed by another Easter Egg Hunt at their Grammy's house and a delicous dinner of all our Easter Favorites.

The day was completed by a visit from Grandma Durr and blowing bubbles outside. It was a great day.
